Acceptable Use Policy

Face Checker AI reads a photo you provide and returns a text-only, speculative, creative reading inspired by the visible presentation in that photo and the context you select. It is a novelty for entertainment and personal reflection.

The Service does not edit, alter, beautify, or recreate your photo, and it does not identify anyone or verify any fact about a real person. It produces words, not an assessment.

The Service is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not scientific, professional, diagnostic, investigative, or safety advice, and it is not a determination about any real person.

Outputs are speculative and creative. They may be inaccurate, generic, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and they must not be treated as verified, scientific, professional, or factual.

• do not rely on outputs for employment, education, housing, credit, insurance, legal, medical, mental-health, law-enforcement, or immigration decisions;
• do not use outputs to judge whether a person is dangerous, criminal, trustworthy, deceptive, compatible, suitable, or likely to behave in a particular way;
• do not present an output as a verified, scientific, professional, or factual statement about anyone.

By default you upload your own photo. You may upload a photo of another person only when that person is an adult, knows about the intended use, and has freely given you explicit permission, and only when you have the right to upload and process that photo for this purpose. By uploading, you confirm these requirements are met.

You must respect any request from the person shown to stop using or delete their photo.

• do not upload photos of minors or anyone under 18, even with a parent's or guardian's consent;
• do not upload a photo of another adult without their explicit, freely given permission;
• do not upload intimate, sexual, exploitative, unlawfully obtained, or non-consensual images;
• do not scrape photos, bypass access controls, or upload images in breach of another platform's rules.

You must not use the Service in any way that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful to another person. The following are prohibited:

• sexual, intimate, or sexually suggestive use, or any use that sexualizes a person;
• harassing, bullying, threatening, defamatory, stalking, surveillance, or coercive use;
• illegal use, or use that infringes another person's rights or breaches applicable law;
• discriminatory use, or inferring or acting on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, politics, health, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other sensitive traits;
• attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, disruption, or automated extraction that burdens the Service;
• circumventing limits, manipulating payment status, reselling reports, or impersonating another person.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is for adults only, and photos of anyone under 18 are prohibited.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, prevent abuse, or comply with the law. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
