Refund and Cancellation Policy

A Face Checker full-report unlock is a one-time purchase of digital access to the specified report. It is not a subscription, and there is nothing recurring associated with it.

The price, currency, product description, and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Digital delivery occurs immediately when the paid report is unlocked in the Service after successful payment.

The full report is a text-only, speculative, entertainment reading inspired by the visible presentation in the photo you provide and the context you select. It does not edit, alter, or recreate your photo, and it is not a verified, scientific, professional, or factual statement about any person.

Creem acts as Merchant of Record and processes checkout, payment, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks under its own buyer terms and policies. We do not store full card details.

This means Creem may process refunds or chargebacks under its own obligations and policies, in addition to the remedies described in this policy.

Contact support@facechecker.app if any of the following apply:

• you were charged more than once for the same unlock (a duplicate charge);
• you did not receive the purchased unlock (undelivered access);
• you experienced a material technical defect that prevented delivery or use of the report;
• you believe a payment was unauthorized.

So we can investigate quickly, please include the account, the payment date, and a description of the issue. Send your request to support@facechecker.app and we will review it.

Because the full report is delivered as digital content immediately after successful payment, a change of mind or dissatisfaction with a speculative AI output does not by itself guarantee a refund when access was delivered as described.

Outputs are speculative and creative, and may be inaccurate, generic, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Delivery of a report that works as described is not a defect, even if you are not satisfied with the content.

Because the unlock is a one-time purchase and not a subscription, there is no recurring plan and nothing to cancel. You are only ever charged for a specific report unlock that you choose to purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded. This policy operates alongside, and does not reduce, those rights.
